Buy and Hold
Buy and hold is a term which describes a certain type or set of investment strategies which involve holding properties for the long term. This is the most common property strategy and even those who are involved in trading or more exotic strategies often try to develop substantial buy and hold portfolios. The three main benefits of long term property holding are:
- cashflow
- equity growth
- profit through capital gains (if the properties are sold).
