Property Finding

A property finder seeks out suitable investment properties then makes them available to investors (or even home owners). A property finder may use many different strategies described on this website.

The critical elements of property finding are finding the opportunities and having a database of buyers who are interested in buying properties.

Finding the Opportunities

Property finders may use their own market knowledge to seek out and secure opportunities, or may use the expertise of others. Many property finders offer to pay a fee to any person who points them to an opportunity.

Acting as a finder for the property finders can be a good start to trading for those who have little finance available, or no database of interested buyers.

Database of Buyers

Property finders tend to have a database of known buyers who they will email when a new opportunity becomes available. Establishing this database usually takes some time.
