This PT Wiki is about NZ property investment.

About trying to present the good, the bad and the ugly of property investing. About the obvious, the intangible and hidden aspects of property investing. To empower people to make knowledgeable and informed property investment decisions. And to prosper, as a consequence.

It is a product of home-grown wisdom from New Zealand property investors. Some with a few rentals, some with many. Some who buy and sell (trade) properties.

For ease of comprehension, one part deals with residential dwellings: flats, houses, apartments. The other part deals with commercial buildings: shops, sheds, warehouses, etc.

Like Wikis generally, most anyone can contribute, but there are some conditions. While anyone can read the PT Wiki and learn from the information it contains, only registered users can add to, or edit pages.

Registration requires the use of real names. I.e. no anonymous usernames are permitted. The owners of this Wiki reserve the right to decline any registration applications, or de-register anyone for inappropriate PT Wiki activities.

Further, this Wiki is also subject to 'editorial oversight' by a group of seasoned investors. This is to ensure that inappropriate commercial assertions, or radical and wild claims are moderated, or maybe even removed.
